Saturday 28 November 2026. Waterlooville Town Centre
This booking page is for market stalls only at the Waterlooville Christmas Market & Lights Switch-On. Hot food and drink vendors are arranged separately.
Space within Waterlooville High Street is limited, and we expect demand for pitches to be high.
Applications will generally be considered in the order received. However, to create a varied and interesting Christmas Market for visitors, we may limit the number of stalls selling the same or similar products. Acceptance of any application remains at the discretion of Waterlooville Community Events CIC.
Please select the pitch size and type you require when completing your booking.
What you will need to book
As part of your application, you will be required to:
- make full payment for your chosen pitch
- upload evidence of valid Public Liability Insurance with a minimum of £5 million cover
- upload a recent photograph of your stall showing the type of products you intend to sell
- accept our Stallholder Terms & Conditions
Both the PLI and stall photograph are mandatory.
Please note that payment does not automatically guarantee or secure a pitch.
Your booking will only be confirmed once we have received the required information and your application has been approved by Waterlooville Community Events CIC.
If your current Public Liability Insurance expires before 28 November 2026, you will need to provide us with evidence of renewed cover before the event. You will not be permitted to trade without valid insurance in place on the day.
If we are unable to accept your application, any pitch fee you have paid will be refunded in full.
Important. Please read before booking
This year’s Christmas Market takes place alongside the Waterlooville Christmas Lights Switch-On.
The market opens at 10am and stallholders are expected to remain for the full event, through to the lights switch-on at approximately 5:30pm.
From 5pm, you may begin packing away stock and loose display items if you wish, allowing you to enjoy the switch-on and be ready for final breakdown afterwards. Gazebos and the main stall structure must remain in position until our event team confirms that final pack-down can begin.
Selling out of stock does not automatically allow early pack-down.
For public safety, vehicles cannot move within the High Street during the event. Vehicle access for loading after the event is expected to begin at approximately 6pm, once our event team confirms it is safe to do so.
Full arrival, parking, pitch allocation and setup information will be emailed to confirmed stallholders nearer the event.
Make it festive! It is Christmas after all!
We would love stallholders to help us create a festive atmosphere by decorating their stalls and using suitable Christmas lights where possible.
Battery-powered or other safe self-contained lighting is welcome. Generators and naked flames are not permitted for market stalls.
Before completing your booking
Please make sure you have read our Christmas Market Stallholder Terms & Conditions.
By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted them.
